1. What is Zyvia?
Zyvia is an Indian streetwear brand focused on bold, premium-quality fashion that blends trend and individuality. We craft clothes that make you feel powerful, stylish, and seen.
2. How do I place an order?
Just browse our latest drops, select your size, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the order is placed.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: 1–2 working days

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location) 
 Tracking info is emailed/SMSed once your order ships.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India. We're working on expanding globally very soon!
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

✔️ Cash on Delivery (₹60 extra)
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at orders@zyvia.co. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, tag-attached items.

8. I received a damaged or incorrect product. What now?
We’re really sorry! Please email support@zyvia.co within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund your order immediately.
