We want you to love your Zyvia pieces as much as we loved creating them. But if something isnโ€™t quite right, weโ€™re here to help.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

    • Not a sale, discounted, or final clearance item

  • Products such as innerwear, socks, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

๐Ÿ” Return Process

  1. Email us at support@zyvia.co with your:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will verify and share return shipping details.

  3. Send the item back using any trusted courier. (Return shipping charges are the customerโ€™s responsibility unless itโ€™s a damaged/wrong item.)

๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

    • Youโ€™ll receive a store credit or refund within 7 working days

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (if eligible)

    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

โš ๏ธ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund in such cases.

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • Please return the item and place a new order.
